The churches of the Plateau are proud to work together in partnership to meet the needs of our community. In 1998, Plateau Outreach Ministries [POM] was created with the mission “To provide Christ-centered social services to the community on behalf of the churches of the Plateau Ministerial Association.” In 1999, it became a separate entity, and has flourished in its ministry to serve the community.
The PMA continues to support POM today by meeting regularly with the POM Executive director and by having pastors and members of PMA churches serve on POM’s board of directors. You can find more information about POM at their website: PlateauOutreach.org.
